Another cold and cloudy day for the Chippewa Valley with some sun. Temperatures struggled to get in the double digits today with most of the day being in the single digits. Wind chill again being a factor today as the air temperature feels like it's in the negatives. It looks like well have a similar day tomorrow with a rise in temperatures as winds from the south come in.
