A warmer day than yesterday with a clouds. The Chippewa Valley saw a 10 degree increase in temperature. Eau Claire is currently sitting at 28°F. Skies are mostly cloudy with limited sunshine. My prediction for a warmer day was right but my prediction for more sunshine did not hold. It looks like there is snow moving into the area overnight there appears to be a chance for a couple of inches of snow to accumulate. Along with the snow for tomorrow I predict a chillier day for the 1st of February.

Today has been an average January day. Winds were coming in steady from the west and were not a factor on the overall temperature. Temperatures hung around the mid teens with a high of 20. Partly cloudy skies gave away to sunshine in sporadic patterns. My prediction is that conditions will stay the same but temperatures may be warmer with more sunshine in the forecast.
